Next Sunday I will take a C group ride, which I hope will suit the new club rider who wants to build their confidence.

Start time is 9 AM at the shop, the ride time will be roughly 3 hours at a comfortable pace and won't be hilly.  The route will be country lanes, and not car heavy.  There will be a cafe stop of 30-45 mins after about 2h for cake
