Club Runs

The usual thanks to Steve for leading out last night, steady ride out to Eccleston and return through Appley Bridge.

Shout out of a puncture on Lees Lane and a few waited at the junction with higher lane.

Puncture fixed we set off up higher lane (Strava name - Alpe d'Hurtz!) which it turned out to be as Rob increased the intensity Steve F & Darren also put the hammer down which also spurred me into action (yes on a hill!).

Re-grouped at the Church and headed to Cobbs Clough where it all kicked off again as John D starting the sprint!

A steady ride turned into a lung busting night...thanks to all for a great night!

It was really enjoyable Ian, really mild too. The numbers will grow over the next few weeks (as some come out of hibernation) and we will have to split it, as we did the other week. Thursday is designated as a steady ride. So there must always be a steady option, unless the mix is as it was the other night.
