Cracking run Sunday. Great to catch up with Steve Warner and the other members from Steve's group. Great riding by all those guys as well.

For those who want to keep pushing themselves from the B Group, now is the time to drop into the A group and give it a go for the rest of the summer.

If more of the Bs join the A group you'll need to shove a few my way. I'll look after them although I can't promise it'll be easy. It'll hurt for a few weeks but that's part of the fun of getting faster and fitter.
