HI All

 

I'm running a training session at Litherland on 1st August -9:00am start.

The session will cover improving your group riding, handling skills and technique, this is aimed at everyone from new riders to full on race snakes. It'll be 3 hours on the circuit then a couple of hours in the meeting room as a chance to talk about training, recovery, training with power, race tactics etc

Cost is £20 :) hope to see you there
