This Sunday I will be taking a steady A group ride for those guys looking to step up. Don't get me wrong, it still will be a tough ride due to the terrain. So get your head in the zone and be prepared to suffer! No pain no gain!!! 

We will be heading out towards Tockholes, Belmont, Rivi etc

55-60 mile

Back for 12.45pm
