The Pace leaving the shop was okay myself ,Chris and Jeff managed to hang on for 20 miles and we got dropped just outside Wheelton ,i think a few more of the B group riders are getting ready to move up a stage which could engourage movement in all the groups , maybe we could establish a group part A and B set at a pace which is controlled to ensure all riders stay together ,
