The Captains C Group Ride - Sunday 8th May

I hope many of you have read the changes that we are going to introduce to the group rides over the next few months.
ie 'From week to week, I will drop into a different group to analyse each groups riding ability and discipline'This week I will be dropping into the C Group take a ride heading out through Rainford, UpHolland, Standish and than over to Twin Lakes. Before we set off we will have a Q&A regards group riding.
