B Group option for this Sunday (2nd December!) 52 miles, 2500ft ish, approx.16mph average speed. Out to Rainford - Billinge - Bamfurlong - Westhoughton - Adlington - Charnock Richard - Bispham Green and back to Ormskirk. No cafe stop (it's too cold!) :-p Gemma
