Race training day at Litherland #3

Training day at Litherland - Saturday 1st August 9:00

I've booked the Litherland circuit for the morning on 1st August, 3 hours on the circuit followed by 2 hours in the meeting room.

I was planning on splitting the circuit session into 2 parts, 1st general riding skills, group riding, cornering, contact with other riders (either for club runs or races), then splitting the group into 2 for more group stuff and race skills. Then in the meeting room for a Q and A on training, racing, training with power and anything else you want to ask smile emoticon Cost will be £20
