After all those weeks of riding over hills next week will be flat, flat and then some more flat. Heading out to Crosby before turning north for everyone's favourite coast road blast. Cafe stop at Rufford for anyone who wants it, or a straight run back to Ormskirk.
It will be brisk and I will make sure as many as possible get a turn on the front. No hiding unless you have note from your mum.
