Rider ability:
Estimated Distance:
55miles / 88km

With 'Commander Wilko' being away in Scotland this weekend/next week (bloody Teachers i hear you cry wink) he's asked me to step in and lead the Race Group out this coming Sunday 15th February.

The ride will likely encounter a few hills en route, although nothing too strenuous, a few downhills and some flat long speed TT sections.  So something for everyone.  The pace will be kept within Race Group perimeters, at 18-20mph avg, slighty slower on the hills will be permitted, with re-grouping at the bottom of them.

NO-ONE to be left behind except at the end, after Croston.  Were it's every Man/Woman for His/Herself as I expect it will escalate as we get closer to the Sprint Finish before the cafe stop back in Rufford.  A massive (for us) 11 made the first real Race Group ride of 2015 last week and from the feedback coped amazingly well (consistent winter build training paying dividends).  Hopefully the same, or more will sign up this week.

Should Be back in Rufford for between 12:15-12-30

No map attached as I kmow where I'm going ;-)
