Weather looks good for Sunday so I'll step up and take a ride out via Preston to Scorton then back up over the Trough and Jefferies. Post hills it will be time to pin our ears back and head for home!

If we have enough takers we'll go for an 8am start so we aren't out all day.

The rides aimed at A group riders to keep the pace and temp high.

WEATHER UPDATE - IT'S ON, FORECAST LOOKS BETTER AND I WANT TO GO FOR IT. PASS THE MESSAGE, LET'S GO CLIMBING!

Time to visit Great Dun Fell, hopefully the weather is OK as we have had to cancel this ride more than once over the last few years. Starting in Kendal we will go clockwise, starting up Shap Fell and reaching the top at 10 miles in, then on to Great Dun Fell at about 34 miles in, cafe stop near Appleby at 50 miles, returning to Kendal.

Meet - Ormskirk bus station car park 6.15, leaving at 6.30am

Travel to - Castle Drive, Kendal, LA9 7BN for about 8.00am (this is a car park at Kendal

With the Roman Road only a couple of weeks away I will take a group out for some fun in and around Rivi for a dress reheasal for the ride at he end of the month.
