We've spend months smashing round the Lancashire Lanes!!

Then next Sunday, 28th July we are heading to the Trough for a super tough ride.

So this coming Sunday I will take the Race Group on a 2hr spin.

Then head to see our friends at the Velo Cafe, Croston.

Times are a changin', the Captain does the Cafe ;)
