Captain's B Group Ride Sunday 25th August

This coming Sunday I will take the B Group. We are heading out towards Longridge, Stonyhurst, Whalley, Pleasington, Brindle then home.
This is going to be a tough ride, plenty of lumps all at a steady pace. Proper day out!! If we have time, we may drop into the Kicking Donkey for a pint on the way home.
No cafe stop, bring plenty of fluid & food. We will have a shop stop on route though.... 70 Tough Mile.
