#6 - CX - Off road training
Mud and tyre pressure
Wednesday 27th September
Our new HMCC training course - It's a belter!!
approx 5-10miles riding, mixed terrain -lots of mud
17:55pm meet - Marharishi school, Cobbs Brow Ln, Lathom, Ormskirk L40 6JJ
session start 18:00 (make most of light, come join us after start if you want)
Will need some lights towards the end
start and finish in same spot
You're welcome to drive to start or ride over
I'll be there straight from work so will be riding from around 5:30 if you want to join

This week will be all about the mud and tyre pressure!

The session will be:
- A good hour+ worth of training, to include efforts, some running and mud, possible obstacles
- I'm hoping to set up a looped course on which we'll ride.
- We'll be doing on & off follow the leader for as long as the leader can manage - it's great for race practice, changing each time with a 3-5min spin break in between.
- practice bike set up in various conditions
- Catch up with mates

You don't need a CX bike, mountain bike is fine (although if you want to race proper you may not be allowed).

All welcome, any juniors will need adult rider with them .

Sessions will always take place, rain or shine - Only cancelled if it's ridiculously bad - after all CX is for all seasons.

The more we have the better!

Who's in?

Dan

I'll see you at 5.30 Dan.

More mud today, and trails slippier than last week, great fun! Proper cross conditions!
