Rider ability:
Estimated Distance:
80miles - 129km

With 'Wilko' AKA 'The Boss' heading way North this weekend and not to be seen back around these parts until Monday, (and probably the same next week).  Hope Selina's Mum is not in to much pain.

I find myself in a position to lead a '1st Group/Race Group' from the shop at 08:00, as we might as well make use of the day light while we can.

The ride will likely encounter a few hills enroute, although nothing too strenuous, a few downhills and some flat long speed (TT position) sections.  So something for everyone as we head over to Waddington for food, then back via Chipping.  The pace will be kept within The Groups perimeters/abilites, with a decent mph average, slightly slower on the hills will be permitted.

No-one to be left behind, except at the end after we clear Preston and we're close enough to smell the food of Rufford Marina, where it's every man/woman for him/herself for 'Honours' at the 'Rufford' sign before the cafe.  Second stop here if anyone wishes.  ETA - 13:00

The last time I led, a massive (for us) 18 made it round the IM Loop at a great clip with no mechanicals or whinging (just the way I like it) and from the feedback, coped amazingly well (consistent winter build training paying dividends).  Hopefully the same, or more will sign on this week.

No map attached as I know where I'm going ;-)
