Club Runs

I'm happy to take a C+ group ride on the 22rd in place of Cathy. Between 40 and 50 miles with the odd lump... plus a small injection of pace thrown in, nothing scary or sustained.

Cafe stop extremely likely.

Weather dependant to a point.. if we have biblical rain or stupidly strong winds then I'll call it off.
